It seemed impossible for a man of his stature to commit suicide. But again, What do I know? The only movies of him I had seen were PK and Raabta. Attributing to the general disinterest in Hindi movies and people related, I had known very few, not so good, details about his life outside of his movies.   Over the past year, I have learned so much about not just Sushant, but also Bollywood in general. The actor who was passionate and choosy was portrayed as arrogant, not to mention the blinds about a skirt chasing creep. Yes, I whole heartedly agree that I am ashamed about the impression I had on him until he died.   Last year, when superstar legendary NTR hosted Big Boss Telugu season 1, it felt more like everybody was participating in Seethamma Vaakitlo, not Bigg Boss at any stretch.... Bandhalu, bandhavyalu, thyagalu, gauravalu etc. My husband, a first time Bigg Boss viewer, had to stop me from constantly nagging that this is not the Bigg Boss I had signed up for. What can I say.... after watching all the seasons of the Hindi version and a few seasons of Kannada version, BBT1 didn’t feel like Bigg Boss at all. Nevertheless, I warmed up pretty soon and enjoyed the clean version of that season.   My oh my! This season looks like it has surpassed everyone’s expectations and more. Rumor has it that Colors Kannada (previously known as ETV Kannada) is all set to begin season 3 of the Bigg Boss Kannada franchise. For whatever reasons, BBK is back to the same channel that gave us the season 1. As per the news, Sudeep is yet to consent for hosting this season because of his previous movie commitments. Just this rumor is enough to get all the staunch fans excited about the show. There are many celebrities that have been making rounds as contestants. She was the second contestant to be eliminated after the caption, Srujan, used his power and nominated her directly. We all have to agree that Harshika is back with vengeance. Last two Saturday episodes Bigg Boss has introduced Bigg Boss caller of the week, wherein a common man/woman is given an opportunity to ask a question to the contestant. I personally think they shouldn't. I don't see any advantage behind this inclusion, because it is not adding anything to the entertainment value. In today's katkate session, Swetha was asked why she is constantly repeating 'if I cry people say I am a drama queen." Swetha clarified that every person is different and she has a lower tolerance for physical pain. When she cried people started accusing her for making a big scene. I've tried to be as neutral as possible because I have not picked a favorite yet. One day I might like Akul, the next day Srujan, and Aadhi the following day. My liking varies after each episode. Same goes for disliking too, although Neethu gets on my nerves on a daily basis. Akul Balaji Akul, you learning Kannada and talking like you have always known Kannada from birth is commendable. I hear Akul's voice a lot amidst everyone. I am not sure if it is because I am familiar with his voice, or he actually talks a lot. They get all the kitchen items in the store. Srujan is excited about Chicken and he continuously yaps  about 'a lot of chicken'. RJ Rohith is insecure that he is not popular enough, compared to other accomplished and seasoned stars, and he might lose people's votes if he is nominated. Shakeela points out that he is insecure but he denies and tries to justify. It only makes him sound more insecure... Man, Shakeela can speak awesome English. This one actress is so popular for all the wrong reasons, mainly because of social stigma, that every girl whose name is Shakeela is compelled to change her name pronto. She is a synonymous to the soft porn industry, a poster girl... err woman! I am assuming she is a non-kannadiga, and hence has a lot more in her plate apart from instant dislike among girls who gladly vote her out, the first chance they get.
